This is an appeal from a summary judgment. Appellants, R. T. Stark, Jr. and Georgia Stark, filed a trespass to try title action against appellees, Morris and Callie Morgan, seeking to establish title to two parcels of land. Alternatively, the Starks sought to show that they were entitled to easements over both pieces of property.
