BANKE, Judge.

The defendant was convicted of theft by receiving stolen property and sentenced to three years imprisonment. On appeal, he lists nine alleged errors.

The evidence showed without dispute that the defendant purchased two outboard motors immediately after they had been stolen in a burglary. The burglars were apprehended when they returned to the scene to wipe some fingerprints from a third outboard motor which had proved too heavy to carry away...
