After an extra-judicial foreclosure of a deed of trust lien on a 6.5 acre tract, Braden Steel Corporation brought suit against Tom McClure and Accent Building Systems, Inc. to recover a deficiency judgment on a promissory note in the original principle sum of $40,000 plus interest and attorney's fees as therein provided.
