This appeal is from two convictions after a trial de novo before a circuit jury in Montgomery County on charges of indecent exposure and disorderly conduct. Both charges involved the same victim on two separate occasions. The cases were consolidated for trial after consent was given by the appellant and his attorney, and a jury found the appellant guilty on both charges. He was sentenced to six months in jail and fined $500 on the disorderly conduct...
