This is an action for mandatory injunction brought under the Texas Optometry Act, Tex.Rev.Civ.Stat.Ann. art. 4552, to compel One Price Optical, a dispensing optician, to remove an identifying sign from a building housing its office and the office of a practicing optometrist.
