Defendant, Salvador Galvan, entered a negotiated plea of guilty to delivery and possession of heroin and possession of cocaine. (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1975, ch. 56 1/2, pars. 1401(b) and 1402(b).) In accord with the terms of the agreement defendant was sentenced to 3 to 9 years in the penitentiary. Defendant's attempt to withdraw his plea was denied by the trial court. Defendant appeals...
