The defendant, Richard Eugene Garcia, appeals his conviction of second degree murder and two counts of first degree assault. We affirm.

Garcia's conviction stems from a shooting incident which took place on November 27, 1977, outside a Denver bar. Garcia was one of a group of people in the bar watching a telecast of a football game.
