FLANIGAN, Chief Judge.

A vehicle driven by plaintiff Desiree Sewell, 19, collided with a vehicle driven by Joe Hale, an uninsured motorist. As a result of the collision Desiree sustained serious personal injuries and her parents sustained a derivative loss. Defendant MFA Insurance Company insured the Sewell vehicle.
