MANSFIELD, Circuit Judge:

Gregory Cooper and Jessie Oliver, who were named with Ethel Mae Ridgeway1 in a four-count indictment charging bank robbery, jointly appeal from judgments entered in the Western District of New York by Judge John T. Elfvin convicting each, after separate jury trials, of one count of aggravated bank robbery, 18 U.S.C. § 2113(d), and one count of conspiracy to commit bank robbery, 18 U.S.C. § 371.
