Charged with criminal sexual conduct in the first degree, MCL 750.520b(1); MSA 28.788(2)(1), defendant was tried by a jury and found guilty as charged on October 17, 1979. On October 31, 1979, he was sentenced to 10 to 30 years in prison. He appeals as of right.
