SPAETH, Judge:

This is an appeal from an order denying appellant's petition to withdraw a plea of guilty.

On September 25, 1975, appellant, represented by an attorney from the Public Defender's Office, pleaded guilty to a nine count indictment charging him with possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance,1 delivery of a controlled substance,2 and possession of a controlled substance.
