Claimant was injured on the job April 13, 1978 while in the employment of Appellant. Appellant paid temporary total disability benefits from April 14, 1978 until May 15, 1978 and medical bills. At the conclusion of an April 17, 1979 hearing the Administrative Law Judge left the record open for depositions of doctors and requested the attorneys to advise him within ten days of the hearing the doctors who would be deposed.
