Defendant, Dale Frascella, was charged with arson in that by means of an explosive device he destroyed an automobile owned by his former fiancee, Pamela Cherskov. He entered a plea of guilty to that offense and was sentenced to a term of five years. After the trial court denied defendant's motion to vacate his guilty plea, he appeals. Defendant contends that his guilty plea was involuntary...
