MILLER, Justice.

The appellant, Lessie C. Jordan, is the widow of Theodore Franklin Jordan, who before his death was an employee of Appalachian Power Company, the appellee. Mrs. Jordan contends that the Workmen's Compensation Appeal Board [Appeal Board] erred in refusing to award her a greater benefit than that received by her husband prior to his death. She also states that W.Va.Code, 23-4-14, violates the Equal Protection Clause of the State and Federal Constitutions...
