PAULSON, Justice.

This is an appeal by the defendants, C. C. Braun, Claire Ihringer, and L. Ray Frye [the "appellants"], from the judgment of the district court of Burleigh County, entered April 30, 1979, wherein the plaintiff, Robert J. Wayne, was awarded $190,130.64 plus costs and disbursements against the appellants. We affirm.
