The defendant, Charlein Matthews, is charged in a six-count indictment with the embezzlement of two Omaha-area banks, the North Side Bank and the Mid City Bank, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 656. This matter is presently before the Court on the defendant's motion to suppress any testimony relating to statements made by the defendant to agents of the Federal Bureau of Investigation on three separate occasions...
