Harald Olav Nyman appeals his conviction under 18 U.S.C. § 2312 for willfully transporting a stolen aircraft in interstate commerce. He assigns as error the trial court's refusal to allow his attorney to introduce into evidence the testimony of a law clerk/investigator for the purpose of impeaching two government witnesses.
