TODD, Justice.

Normand Beris appeals from a judgment and $60,000 damages award entered against him in favor of Blair Wolfson. The trial court ruled that Wolfson was entitled to the judgment and award because Beris breached his warranty of authority to sell real estate. Beris appeals on the grounds that no cause of action for breach of warranty of authority to sell real estate existed, and that, even if the cause of action existed, the damages award...
