Defendant Tyrone E. Pierce raises seven issues in his appeal from conviction by jury and sentences for attempt to commit murder, robbery in the first degree and conspiracy to commit robbery. The charges were based on §§ 707.11, 711.1-.2, and 706.1, Supplement to the Code 1977.
