HOWARD, Judge.

Appellant was found guilty of theft by receiving by the trial judge sitting as a jury. She was sentenced to three years to the Department of Correction.

On January 20, 1979, someone took Russell Settlers' 1975 Ford Econoline Van, which was parked at his business establishment, Sims Barbeque. The keys were in the ignition and the van contained 750 pounds of ribs. Settlers...
