Kenneth Dowdy brings this appeal from his conviction for the armed robbery of William Ryan.

In his first enumeration of error Dowdy contends that the trial court "erred in allowing [prosecution witness] Sergeant B. T. Jones to testify in rebuttal after he had been released from the rule of sequestration." Jones was excused by the court at the close of his testimony and was then permitted to sit at the prosecution's table during the testimony...
