This case involves an escrow company's obligations under an assignment of sales commission agreement. Plaintiff American Security Bank (ASB) contends that the jury waived trial court erred in arriving at its findings of fact and conclusions of law. We reverse one of the conclusions of law and affirm in all other respects.
