The plaintiff, Sta-Rite Industries, Inc., filed this action seeking injunctive and declaratory relief from the continued acquisition of its stock by Nortek, Inc., allegedly in violation of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934. The complaint was filed on May 28, 1980.
