This is an appeal by the defendant, James Hofstetter, from his convictions for armed robbery and the unlawful use of weapons. As a result of a jury finding the defendant guilty of these offenses, he was sentenced to concurrent terms of imprisonment of 14 years for armed robbery and three years for the unlawful use of weapons.
