This matter is before the court on defendant's resisted motions for judgment of acquittal and in arrest of judgment filed July 1, 1980, and defendant's resisted motion for new trial filed July 28, 1980. Denied.

Defendant was charged in a one count indictment returned on May 1, 1980, with maliciously damaging and destroying by means of an explosive an activity affecting interstate commerce in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 844(i).
