Plaintiff, California Coastal Farms (Coastal Farms), appeals from an order denying its petition for a writ of mandate which sought to compel defendant Agricultural Labor Relations Board of the State of California (Board) to adopt and implement certain rules and standards of picketing conduct and to do so in compliance with the procedural requirements prescribed by section 1144 of the Labor Code.
