Klopotek, as relator, (hereinafter referred to as father) for: (1) a writ of habeas corpus, and (2) a writ of prohibition to be directed to the Honorable Leonard McEwan, Judge, Fourth Judicial District, prohibiting further proceedings in the child-custody case pending before him in Sheridan County.
