This is an appeal from the Order of the Court of Common Pleas of Dauphin County denying the defendant's Motion to Withdraw his guilty plea. On September 18, 1978, the court below sentenced the defendant, Edward Leroy Klinger, to eight (8) to twenty (20) years in prison on the charge of involuntary deviate sexual intercourse and to two concurrent terms of one (1) to two (2) years for indecent assault...
