Foster, New York residents, entered into a conditional sales contract for the purchase of a 1974 Chevrolet pickup truck from Palmyra Motors, Inc., in Palmyra, New York. Under the terms of the contract, Palmyra Motors retained a security interest in the truck. The contract was assigned by Palmyra Motors to General Motors Acceptance Corporation [GMAC]...
