MUNSON, J.

The employers Brulotte appeal from a judgment entered upon a jury verdict alleging two issues: (1) the court erred in granting plaintiff's motion for a directed verdict; and (2) the court erred in receiving the verdict inasmuch as the same ten jurors did not agree as to the plaintiff's total damage and as to the percentage of negligence attributable to the plaintiff. We affirm.
