This is an appeal from the Order Denying Defendant's Motion to Reconsider Denial of Deferred Acceptance of Guilty Plea. The only question on appeal is whether the trial court's denial of the motion constitutes a manifest abuse of discretion.

On February 2, 1979, the defendant, a pharmacist, and the State entered into a plea agreement. The plea agreement provided, inter alia, that (1) defendant would waive the right to have his case presented...
