PER CURIAM:

This appeal emanates from consolidated class actions against National Student Marketing Corporation and others originating in the early 1970's on allegations of securities fraud perpetrated by dissemination of false and misleading information concerning National's financial condition.1 A settlement in 1974 resolved the class claims against National, but left the potential liabilities of other parties...
