In this workmen's compensation case the plaintiff-appellant contends the trial court was clearly wrong in finding that plaintiff failed to prove a job-related brain injury and resulting disability, in admitting into evidence certain military service records and past employment records of the plaintiff, and in failing to award total and permanent disability benefits and penalties and attorney's fees...
