OPINION AND ORDER

PEREZ-GIMENEZ, District Judge.

This matter is now before us on movant's Motion to Revoke Order of Commitment, filed on September 24, 1978.

Movant herein, Carlos Rosario Pantojas, was summoned to appear before the Grand Jury on April 29, 1980, for a lineup. In view of his failure to comply with said request and to obey an order by this Court directing him to so comply, he was found to be in contempt under 28 U.S.C. § 1826
