This suit is in the nature of a quo warranto action, brought by the plaintiffs to challenge defendants' title to office on the board of education of the West Las Vegas School District. The district court entered judgment against defendants Pete Garcia and Filiberto Padilla, and dismissed the complaint as to defendant Ray Leger, and entered judgment in favor of defendant Rudolfo Roybal.
