Court of Appeals of North Carolina.

August 5, 1980.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

Billings, Burns & Wells, by W. Joseph Burns and Michael Wells, Winston-Salem, for plaintiffs-appellees.

W. P. Burkhimer, Lenoir, for defendant-appellant.

PARKER, Judge.

PLAINTIFFS' CLAIMS FOR RELIEF
