PHILLIPS, Judge.

This is an appeal from an order revoking probation.

Appellant originally was convicted of possession of more than four ounces of marihuana. Punishment was assessed at imprisonment for seven years and a fine of $150. Imposition of sentence was suspended, and appellant was placed on probation. Subsequently the state filed a motion to revoke probation alleging that appellant violated the terms of his probation by committing...
