Plaintiff was injured on October 16, 1974, while employed as a longshoreman on defendant's vessel which was docked at Port Arthur, Texas. The longshoreman received benefits for that injury from his employer under the Longshoremen's and Harbor Workers' Compensation Act, 33 U.S.C. § 901, et seq.
