The appellant asks us to find the trial court erred in refusing to admit certain testimony offered as rebuttal evidence and in refusing to permit the evidence to be reopened, after both sides had rested but before the case was argued, for the purpose of clearing up some confusion and rebutting the testimony of one of the appellees' witnesses.
