(Diamond) from an order of the Interstate Commerce Commission (ICC) granting motor common carrier authority to Sammons Trucking (Sammons). Hunt argues that the Commission did not properly support its decision with adequate findings of fact and conclusions of law, and that the decision of the ICC is not supported by substantial evidence in the record...
