This cause came to be heard on plaintiff's (Pamela J. Kimble) complaint filed against defendant (Universal TV Rental, Inc.) which, in essence, alleges that on or about July 31, 1979, the defendant invaded her privacy by forcibly entering her home and unlawfully taking a television set which was the subject of a rental agreement with option to purchase. Plaintiff further alleges that due to the willful and wanton misconduct of the defendant she suffered...
