MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

SHADUR, District Judge.

This action is an appeal by Ford Motor Credit Company ("Ford Credit") from Bankruptcy Judge Eisen's order in this matter1 authorizing debtor in possession Jim Kelly Ford of Dundee, Ltd. ("Kelly Ford") to withdraw $13,271.47 from a fund to which Ford Credit claims a security interest. For the reasons stated in this memorandum opinion and order, Judge Eisen's order is affirmed...
