Plaintiffs filed suit against Murrell Enterprises, Inc. seeking damages for personal injuries sustained by Mrs. Brinkley when she fell from the rental horse she was riding. Plaintiffs alleged that Mrs. Brinkley's fall was caused by the negligence of defendant's employees in saddling the horse.
