The County of Adams appeals from an order of the Commission of Industrial Relations (CIR) ordering it to pay uniformed employees of the Adams County sheriff's department a monthly clothing allowance of $25 and increasing by $39 per month payments to the family medical insurance coverage of department employees within that program.
