Employees Pension Trust to recover amounts allegedly overpaid to Sidney B. Mushlin ("Mushlin"), formerly a principal of Cornell Manufacturing Company, Inc. ("Cornell"), as part of a lump-sum distribution of Mushlin's retirement benefits...
