Respondent plead guilty to four counts of receiving stolen goods. Upon denial of request to withdraw the guilty plea, the presiding judge imposed sentence as follows:

Indictment No. 761 [possession of tune-up testor and tool box with assorted tools] ten (10) years, suspended upon service of six (6) years, payment of $5,000 fine and $3,000 restitution. Probation to follow...
