Plaintiff, Ernest Floyd Hodges, filed this suit to recover for the loss of this truck by theft due to the negligence of defendants, Jim Wells, d/b/a Charlie's Truck Stop, Red Jay, Inc., d/b/a Charlie's Truck Stop, and Fuel Stop, Inc.
