By this motion, William Bavoso seeks a preliminary injunction against the defendants, five Republican members of the Common Council of the City of Port Jervis, New York, restraining them from "terminating or attempting to terminate, alter, change, usurp or in any way affect Plaintiff's current employment status as Corporation Counsel of the City of Port Jervis."
