This is an appeal from the action of the trial court in terminating the defendant's parental rights in her son pursuant to the provisions of § 17-43a of the General Statutes on the ground that there was "no ongoing parent-child relationship" and that "to allow further time for the establishment or reestablishment of such parent-child relationship would be detrimental to the best interest of the child." 1 From the judgment...
