The order of the Appellate Division should be affirmed.

The trial court made a specific factual determination that the People had not contributed in any way to the disappearance of the informant and further found that the People had acted with reasonable diligence in attempting to locate the informant when it became apparent that his testimony might be relevant to defendant's case.
